We sell true ¼ lb, ½ lb and 1 lb bags.  Bottom line, we sell USDA Beef Jerky that can’t be bought at markets or convenience stores. We even carry a line that has no sodium nitrates. All of our suppliers use whole muscle beef which is raised in the United States.  You won’t believe how rare that is these days!
