Scott Parker
For the last five years Scott has been an Owner /Operator of three Beef Jerky Outlets all located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.   Scott’s first professional job was with Intel Corporation as a field application engineer.  After sixteen years of travel with Intel both local and overseas, Scott settled down and took a position for eleven years with Sony Electronics of America in the MIS/IT dept in Fort Myers Florida.   In 2005 the Florida hurricanes finely motivated him to move to the Smoky Mountains.

 

Paul Lyons

Paul Lyons 
Paul has been in business for himself since 1980.  Involved in the meat industry since 2003, he has been influential in shaping jerky outlet products and The Beef Jerky Outlet business model. As both a supplier partner and a retail store owner/operator he has the unique perspective of someone operating on both sides of the business. Understanding and helping to develop sales and marketing on both the wholesale and retail side of the business brings an unusually diverse skill set to the franchise enterprise. An extensive background in graphics also contributes to product and store design experience and expertise.

 

Mike Grillo

Mike Grillo
Mike has been in the meat industry since 1981.  He started out as a driver and moved forward into production, management, and on to an owner of his present USDA Meat Processing Plant.  Through Mike’s ownership he has supplied and developed many different lines of jerky and a wide range of sausage products.  Mike takes great pride in producing a product that is untouched by his competitors.  His 29 years of experience will be of great value to The Beef Jerky franchises in developing a top quality product.

 

Mike Grillo

Jack Boglarsky: National Franchise Sales Manager
Jack was employed by Ford Motor Co. from 1963 – 1992. He started as a training coordinator in material handling and production control. He transferred to Chrysler in Detroit in 1968, where he worked and developed a program for training and hiring of the new industrial employees. He returned to Ford Motor in 1971 and worked for 8 years in Mexico establishing US standards for production and quality. Jack retired from Ford Motor Co. after 29 years.

Jack also developed and owned several gift shops on Mackinaw Island in Michigan for 15 years between 1970 and 1985. In 1998 Jack opened the first Beef Jerky Outlet in Ft. Myer, Florida which is still in operation today. Since that date he has consulted and assisted in the opening of Beef Jerky Outlets throughout the United States. Jack has a hands-on-knowledge of what it takes to make the Beef Jerky Outlets successful and enthusiastic about the business.
